Bad quality on clothing

I bought a jersey on Thursday the 18th of April at foschin greenstone I wore it once on sartaday the the 20th I realised the poor quality the Cotton we all over quality for a New Jersey is very poor nd I lodged the complaint they asked me to send the receipt and pictures since then there’s nothing happening I can’t spend R430 for something that I’m not satisfied with I’ve been loyal to foschin for years
