Bad quality of material Biker Jacket

I purchased a biker jacket from FOSCHINI, I paid for through a 3 month lay-by.I was very excited about this purchase as I saved up for it.However upon recently taking it out of my cupboard, I noticed that the outer layer of the jacket is peeling off like paper. Also note I store my jacket in plastic and only wear it for special events. I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL AND BELIEVE ITS DEFECTIVE. I KINDLY REQUEST THIS JACKET BE RETURNED TO YOUR WAREHOUSE FOR ASSESSMENT AS THIS IS NOT THE QUALITY I EXPECTED FEOM FOSCHINI.
