Bad quality bag

<p>I purchased a Luella handbag from Foschini some time last year, I have only used it a couple of time however the bag's interior stiching has come undone, This was surprising for me as I assume that the brand is meant to be of high quality standards. I love my bag but now cannot use it as my personal items get lost somewhere in between the undone stitching. I know that the time period since purchase is long and I am not even in possesion of the slip anymore but I actually wish I could get another one that is strong and reliable. can Luella assist me over here.</p>
