bad quality and poor service
I've bought 7 pairs of boots in June and July and ones "leather "came off.I literally just worn it for an hour .When i wanted to replace it because of the poor quality they said it cant be replaced.I mean really the yellow is now white is that even called quality.I bought a cardigan Jersey also that has a missing stitch which looks like a whole im it.If this is the customer service I get from Foschini than I'd rather not buy from them again.

15 Oct 2020, 00:18A lady came back to me about the boots I bought and I think its bull seeing that leather are not suppose to get of like that since when do you buy a boot and it get wholes in. Im a shoe ***** and have never experienced that before. Which means its poor and ****. The camel color is white in the inside.
