Bad online service

I placed an order for 3 boots on the 13 September and on the 20 September I got the notification to collect my parcel. When I went to collect I only received 1 pair of boots they lady advised that we only had 1 pargo code *** so that’s only for 1 pair of boots. I am still waiting on boots that’s already paid for. When I call your online nr it says your working times are from 8:30 till 4 Monday to Sunday and after that the call gets dropped. Called in to the customer service and was advised to call the nr that does not work. Can I have an update on the order I have placed because this is bad service
