Bad online service

So i odered 3 perfumes...1 cherry blossom green tea....the product was in stock when i ordered..money went off...2 days after..all of a sudden no product because of high demand....refund reqeust was made by them...they left you no choice..noother options...change of product..or pay up for different product. They dont contact u to see whether they hve the right bank details..nothing...just refund on the way...poor poor service . For my first buy..im dissappointed.
