Bad n rude customer service
<p>Today i went to Foschini randfontein village square n i was assisted by the who works at jewellery counter by name of Charlotte who was very rude to me wen i requested to close m foschini acc n i requested to speak to an agent on the phone wen they do cancellation....</p> <p>As per Charlotte said y do i wanna confirm with the agent i can use m cell phone to call them back n confirm she's going for tea .</p>
