Bad horrible service

I order items online on the 03 May 202 under order number B966232-01 with tracking number AAAA***.. some items where delivered and other were not. I waited and kept tracking but nothing... today I decide to call Bash on *** to enquire and I am only told a today a week later that my items are not in stock when actually when I ordered it didn’t even show that the item are out of stock or even an email that the items are out of stock. Am only told now when I decide to call... the lady assisting was very nice though and checked that the items are where and where but why can’t they source them for me and deliver I don’t know... am so disappointed in this Bash thing and Foschini for not updating their record not even a courtesy to let me know.. I desperately wanted the pants and earring and necklace for an event Saturday now a week after am told nothing. I want them to get me the pants, the earring and necklace to me before Friday and the rest of the staff they can cancel
