Bad experience with *********** Foschini staff

I am writing this review detailing the bad experience I am experiencing with foschini at East rand mall staff. I bought my Samsung galaxy A51 from them in November 2020 so this January it stopped working without any physical damage to it. I took it back to them for repairs as it is still under warranty. I booked it in on the 16/01/2022. I then received the message from 3gservice which is working with foschini saying that my phone cannot be repaired as it is deemed out of warranty, I then paid the quote rejection fee on the 31/01/2022 since their quote to repair my phone is too high. I received another message from 3gservice saying I must pay quote rejection fee whilst I had already paid. I immediately called foshini whereby I was assisted by Lindi and asked her what is going on, she assured me she will call 3gservice and find out what is going on which I believe she did not do anything as I had to send an email directly to 3gservice. 3gservice sent me a message on the 04/02/2022 saying that my phone will be sent back to the store. To this date, I have not received my phone back.

I called the shop again on the 09/02/2022 trying to find out why I have not received any communication from foschini or even 3gservice about the delivery of my phone. The person who answered the phone hangup on me 2 times. I called again then I spoke to Gugu, she then said I must give her my details she will call me back. Well I never heard back from Gugu, when I called the shop they told me Gugu has already knocked off.

I called the shop again today 10/02/2022 I'm being told Gugu is in a meeting and the person who answered cannot assist me as she knows nothing about my case. I am now so frustrated and disappointed by their conduct. I have to be the one wasting my airtime calling them yet they are not doing anything. They seem to not even know what they are doing. They are very ***********. I want my phone back.
