BAD EXPERIENCE

<p>My account balance was on R1 000 +- and they put my name on ITC, took away all my credit and transfer my account to an collection agency and debt review. When I phone them my account is just no where, but I still needs to pay.</p> <p>In last week I received a phone call regarding retrenchment and disability benefits of R32 per month. I said I wasn’t interested and ended the call. There calls are being recorded but now I am on R729 balance, why would I want account benefits for retrenchement or disability?</p> <p>This benefit is added on my statement and i am not prepared to pay this and I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING TFG HAS TO OFFER. I told them im not interested.</p> <p> TFG is offering a EFT facility but we as the client/customer are penalised if it takes up to 3 days for there company to receive the money. Then they should not allow this facility. </p> <p>This is disgusted. Your calls are being recorded, but this is the things that happens, I wonder what you doing to your much older customers. It's a shame that you must pay for things you did not accept.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
