Bad customers service
I went to launch dispute for ********** account under one of TFG stores (Sterns and Exact) there service was poor ,I waited for long period,staff was clueless of the former that I need to complete ,I completed incorrect form ,I had to fill other form ,there is only one person who does emails ,of which she was away I had to wait ffor that person for 30 minutes ,employees I spent 1hr in the shop ,just to complete dispute form. The service was very poor
