BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

I lay-byed my daughter a leather jacket on the 1 May there were no marks or damages on the leather jacket, However on the 2 Jul when i went to take the jacket out i came across all the pen marks on the jacket Lizette Titus was the one whom helped me on that day and she went into the lay-by room with a pen in her hand & there was nothing over the jacket to protect it in the lay-by room. I got upset and said i am not going to pay such alot of money for something that got pen marks on&this in the store, Lizette then told me that day that she is going to find me another jacket like that and took my work number&cell number , A month later no phone call, I then went back into the store&got Lizette &she told me that she called me and i put the phone down in her ear,i did not receive a call from the stores number as she said , she was very abrupt and after that she took my number again & said the area manager is coming to the store the next day she will get the person to call me, she never did. I called head office layed a complaint with Ronell Macgowan who was rude,said I was gona get call stil nothing im disgusted They offered me a 5% discount how pathetic! I want the same jacket!!!!!
