Bad customer service from Foschini Menlyn store

On 28 June 2025 I visited foschini store at Menlyn park to pay my TFG account. after the payment I received a receipt from the lady who was assisting me. One week later I receive calls and emails from TFG saying I did not pay. Checked my banking app to find that the transaction is showing as pending, I visited the bank and they said I need to contact the store so they can clear their speed points. I have not been getting assistance from foschini and TFG except getting charged collection communication fees by TFG.
