Bad customer service from a teller

The lack of Customer service at Foschini Centurion is very sad . On the 9th December 2020 I went to the Shop to exchange items I bought last week. The lady who was assisting me ( white short dye hair) was very moody and rude . Telling me she doesn’t have cash at her till point and the is nothing she can do . This was not the first time I got a really bad service from her .. she doesn’t listen to Customers and treat us like we stupid . They rudeness that i got from her was very sad.
