Bad customer service

Foschini.. Has the worse customer service.. After settling the account they didn't cancel the account so that it will accumulate monthly fees. I went to one of their stores to ask about the monthly fees they told me that m paying for a magazine to my surprise I've never received any magazine from them.. Tried to call them they kept on saying please hold the line.. after that they blacklisted me..
