Bad customer service

On Friday the 21st of December 2019 I went to Foschini Evaton plaza to pay my account and I am regular customer to a point that I have a good service with some of the staff members. The treatment I got on Friday was bad to a point that I had to council my cell phones insurance and close my account. The lady that works at Foschini Evaton plaza refused to help me even if when she instructed to do so. Some of the things she said to me are so hurtful.
