Bad customer service

Shopping at Foschini the grove was my worst experience ever, the service I got from the staff who **** to my face when i was returning a perfume i bought from them I honestly fail to understand how can one lie to customers like that lady did

The other thing that also ****ed me was the lady at the tills treating me as if i am there to ask for donation, she even laughed at me.... looking at me like I am a idiot who doesn't know what she wants The service and attitude I got from that store was so horrible
