Bad customer service

I bought the designer perfume box for 2k. I wanted the Givenchy and we t to Blue Route. They don't stock it. The girl said i need to pay to have it brought from another branch. The vouchers says go to any Foschini. I then took the Bvlgari. You are given 60ml that is r1600 but you pay 2k for the box. The sakes lady asked do you want a bag. I said yes. She says its r1.50. i said I don't have money on me so she didn't give me a bag. How is that a deal. You pay 2k for the perfume and they give you a bottle for r1600. I don't have transport to go to a big branch that stocks the Givency
