Bad customer service.

I've received an online order with Ram couriers from Foschini. Item is broken and have been trying unsuccessfully to get a replacement. Completely unacceptable. I order online for a reason and can not go into a store to return. Nobody willing to assist. Why must I pay for a broken item and why can it not be replaced. Such bad customer service.
