Bad customer service

Bad customer service from the ladies at Cradlestone Mall , I walked into the store and they all sitting down they saw me at the till but they were very heaistant and lazy , no customer service whatsoever they speak vernacular language and could not assist me with my refund because they said they don’t have money , I then asked for the manage to be called and the manger and he was giggling as well , speaking vernacular There was a lady also who was very rude towards me and my daughter , I don’t wish to shop here again as I was turned away in a very rude manner
