bad customer service

<p>So yesterday I went to Foschini store Jabulani Mall and wanted to fit a pair if boots that I liked so this lady (don't know her name ) assisted me with my size and went to assist at the tills. I then decided to change the colour (which was mushroom)of the boot but this lady who had helped me before was now busy with another customer at the till and then I realised there was another lady(Sihle) who could assist I told her my size (6)and colour (tan)so she walked to the back of the store to get me what I wanted , she came back with the wrong size (8) and a funny look on her face. She said there was only that size and I must wait as she is busy she spoke with an attitude and kept on giving me funny looks. I was not there for funny stupid attitude I just wanted to buy and be treated with highest level of customer service. THIS sihle needs to work on her attitude please </p>
