Bad customer service

I bought make up online sale, thy couldnt find some of the items, since filled for a refund till today iam still waiting, and again i have only received one item out of the three that i have purchased, got the massage a week ago tht my other parcel have arrived at the shop went to the shop thrs nothing.. And when you phone their offices to enquire no one picks my calls.
