Bad customer service

I am really disappointed with the service i got today at jet Clearwater and the service i got when I called customer service. I purchased shoes on the 25/02/2022 that I have only worn about 4/5 times and they are damaged. I don't have a receipt so i went with my bank statement and i was told that they can not locate the receipt so there is nothing they can help me with.For such a big company this is absolutely ridiculous as I have brought proof and they acknowledged that the shoes are from the store.It's this kind of customer service that will make me not buy ever again from this company.
