Bad customer service

I went to fotshini southgate to purchase the Clinique chubby lash and the lady over counter just looked at me like she is not hear to but she pretended like I'm eye shopping. The other consultant came and assisted me I asked abt essie nail polish and she the other one said it's not in stock. I went back to the counter I asked about clinique chubby lash she said it's over there without looking at me. I went there and ask I would like to make a purchase please assist me with clinique chubby lash and she answered with an attitude I don't know what are u talking about and I never heard about that before and h she left. I was puzzled about her customer service it sucks. I didn't catch her name there was no name tag. She was at the counter cosmatics on monday 2016-02-08
