Bad customer service

I got a luella bag as a present however they gave him the bag with one strap short and he lost the slip when we tried to communicate with them so they can give or get us the strap they gave me attitude I mean I wasn’t being the bag bag I just need my strap!!! What’s the use of paying R699 for an incomplete thing
