BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 20.12.2015 I had went into the store to purchase R 2000+ worth of clothing and bags etc:- I asked if I could exchange an item of which the manger was disgustingly rude to myself and said that it is my fault and she raised her voice in front of her staff and customers, which I thought was very unprofessional. I am very disappointed and unhappy. I then had left the clothing back at the store as I was extremely angry with how rude one can be. On the 23rd i walked into the store and the manager and looked as if I was not welcome and as if that is her store. This behaviour is very intriguing and highly atrocious.
