Bad customer service

I phoned Foschini Fourways looking for the spark 7 pro that was on special a lady by the name of Lebo answered and said she has the spark 7 instead for 899 down from 1999 told her im in ruimsig and she agreed to keep it for me. Took an uber to fourways mall waited at the shop and Lebo comes back and says she made a mistake the phone is a return. Just because it was my son's birthday she said the battery is empty and she will charge it for me. Told her im quickly going to total sport and i will be back. Upon my return i was told she had knocked off. Asked for the manager and was told she was the manager asked if there is someone who can assist they all weny to the back and never came out. I was left traumatized and felt disrespected not to mention the amount of money i spent on transport
