BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I app**** for and was granted a new account. I activated my card on Sat at Fashion Express in Elsburg. The service was excellent, no complaints there. <br> I then went to Foschini in the Golden Walk. Seeing as they only sell woman's clothes, I purchased some stuff there and then proceeded to Markhams for my grandsons. I purchased there but there was an item at Sportscene that my grandsons wanted. On producing my card they told me my card was blocked. They called Customer care and were told it was blocked but by the time they gave me the phone to speak to them, they had cut the call. The lady in Foschini also tried, to no avail. The staff at both these stores were very helpful. <br> I cannot believe they give you a credit limit but block your card before you can use your limit. <br> They could have had the courtesy to call me and enquire if it was me using the card if they were afraid of *****. <br> I have never in my life experienced such bad service and if this is how they operate, I would rather not deal with them!!!
