bad customer service

I went with my Mother to Foschini Westgate we took a jersey that she liked which was on a sale rail that was written R99 or less and we also took a jacket that was on another sale rail written R299 or less then Mom went to a fitting roomto fit, she fitted the jersey & the jacket was slightly small so we asked the lady @ the fitting room she said we must go to the counter they will check which store has it @ a charge of R50 which we did when we got there we were told that the jersey was R319 of which I argued it because it was not my problem that it was on a sale rail to begin with but I let it slide but what really got to me was when I was buying the jacket & was told it is R599 then I asked for a manger then came a guy by the name of Harold who came & told me that he won't give it 2 me @ that price& I showed him the pricing and he went to the rail with these 2 ladies they stood by the rail for abt 20min then the other lady started 2 remove the pricing in front of us then Harold came back & told us that he will grant @ that price + IBT from carltonville when he was abt 2 charge us we were told that he can't do it bcoz its a sale item,my customer rights were violated,
