bad customer service
fochini west street durban.I went to buy a product wthout knowng I wasn't suppose to try it on. shop assistant came to be loud telling m I'm not suppose to test the product .thy are people around I should have askd meanwhile at times thy was no one who would have helped me. she didn't stop there she told me I'm the only customer that does that mind that she was loud her coliqu was looking at me as some dumb person and other customer . The way she conduct situation made feel so stupid
