Bad Customer Service

Today I received bad service from Kim1, one of the tellers at Foschini. I bought two jerseys and they were big and this girl packed them in a small plastic bag. I then ask her if she doesnt have a big bag that she can provide me and then says \Unfortunately thats the only bag we have"and then i tell her but the lady who just left the till got a big bag (but was assisted by someone else). And then I ask her why dont you ask your colleague (It was a guy) to provide me with a big bag? Luckily the guy had it. <br> <br> I just hate it that she didnt have the decency to ask her colleague"
