Bad customer service
Cellphone was taken in for repairs beginning of January 2019, it hasn't been received. Called the repair center spoke to Itumeleng ********** 266 who advised that phone was sent back to Westgate and states that it was collected by customer 28 February 2019. i called westgate ********** 700 yesterday and was advised that sifiso will contact me as they has a load-shedding problem, i still waiting for Sifiso's call when i call the branch the right just rings and isn't being picked up by anyone
