Bad customer service

I went to foschini mall of africa yesterday, I asked assistance from 3 store assistants the 1st me gave me attitude she said " I dnt work at that section will get someone" then she disappeared never came back to me. I waited for 10min then I asked the 2nd assistant she said" ijooooo who works at that section let me find someone " I waited again for 10minutes . I was annoyed and impatient. Then I asked the 3rd assistance immediately she said " the person that works at this section is not here today, sorry I cannot help. " I left all the items that I was intending to purchase. I then left the store.
