Bad customer service

on the 25 April 2018 I went to Foshini Greenstone to buy shoes from Luella only to find out the shoes were not available in the store but they were available in Vaal Mall. A sales person by the name Zandile ordered the shoes and ask me to pay R70 for a courier and she told me to wait for two weeks she will call me once they are delivered. After a month on the 25th May of realizing that they were not getting back to me a called and spoke to Zandile she said she will check and call me back if they were delivered, Zandile did not call back I called on Monday today 28 May 2018 I spoke to a different lady only to find that the shoes were not ordered by Zandile. I'm very disappointed about Zandile bad customer service she made me wait for a month and she made me pay for the service I didn't even receive. She assured me that she will come to me as I was desperate I wanted to the shoes for my graduation. I feel that she really took advantage of me for not even giving me feedback.
