Bad customer service

This retail store is messing my life I can't apply for credit anywhere because they are updating incorrect information on my credit profile. On the 18/11/2020 I paid my account in full and I have the slips to prove that. I even sent an email to your customer service email address no response and called you customer service number spoke with a rude consultant. I've been complaining about this and nothing is being done about it.
