Bad customer service

<p>I went to purchase at Foschini, and someone fromight another branch phoned while The mbali was processing my purchase. All of a certain I was not viewed as a consumer but the person on the phone. When I try to tell Them back in was in a hurry he shouted at me and told me the other person on the phone was a customer. I explained that I came first before the phone call and I expect to be treated as such. He kept on shouting at me telling me he was helping me, where else it too him long to process. </p>
