Bad customer service

I went to one of their branches @ three rivers and they didn’t have power.the ladies there couldn’t assist me because they needed the system to process my sale.mind you I went to the atm to withdraw cash because they can’t process on the machine only to come back and be told that they can’t process my sale.the customer service is non existent ,such a big company doesn’t have back up.very disappointing .
