Bad customer experience Foschini waterfall mall

I was at foschini waterfall mall 15/12/24. I got to the store around 14H30 it was on a Sunday stores close around 15H00. I went to do a refund I got to the cashier they tell me that I must come the next day the cashier with the money went to cash up, mind you they removed her from the Till while I was on the que. I refused and demanded that I want my money they called who ever was in charge and they spoke on their own without a clear communication to me. Who ever was in charge went to fetch the cashier whom they took out to cash up. She came with a float and started complaining how short she will be at the end of the shift. That lady left"in charge " to perfume till area leaving me without explaining anything. I was made to wait for 25 minutes for a refund. This is not the kind of service we expect from big store like this one. What is more annoying is t lack of communication from them. Ohh and they close their store 15 minutes before the stated trading hours. Am not happy honestly and I don't need an apology maybe it's high time your staff went to refresher training this is not the 1st time I have bad experience with Foschini
