Bad customer experience

<p>I have never felt this embarrassed in my life, I went to foschini vaal mall with my sister on the 24th December to do some shopping. On the 27th I went back to exchange the item as it was not fitting me very well. We bought on my sisters account and she only gave methe slip to go and exchange the item. To my surprise I could not get any help from the cashier, she told I should bring in the card in order for me to do an exchange. For gods sake that is not my card nd I'm exchanging for the same price. The lady told me to bring in the card number she'll help me. Then came the rude manager by the name of carol, telling me there is nothing she can do to help me. Im so disapointed by the service I got I felt so humiliated by their behaviour. The lady by the name of Charmaine didn't even wanna,hear my story, she said no even before the cashier could finish explaining to her.</p>
