BAD BAD SERVICE FOSCHINI NORTHGATE MALL

Im honestly disgusted with the service at Northgate Mall

I saw a perfume and wanted to buy it and i was told we are offline and we cant sell. i begged the lady to call me as soon as the systems are back online i asked her to hold the perfume for me because it was the only one left and it was on sale and i left her with my personal details. I never received the call

I drove back the following day again i was told we are offline and the perfume i asked to be hold back was sent back to the floor and i was told we cant get the bar code

i went around shopping i went back to the shop and another lady working there told me that they are now fixing the machines i should come back after a while i went back still no service

and as much effort as anyone can see i needed that perfume the staff members were not even interested in making a plan for me to get that perfume.the service there is so pathetic and you find all the ladies are in the store rooms and the floor is empty when you needed to find help a lady who is not smiling will come and just answer your question and leaves.
