Bad Attitude when attendance is needed

I was at foschini loch logan on Friday - 26Feb - at about 14:20. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to help me at the juwelery. After which i asked the cashiers if someone could please assist me. The one lady (tall skinny black lady with short hair) threw the cabinet keys infront of the other lady (short coloured lady). After which they fought who is going to help me (cause neither of them wanted to). The manager (i assume she is the manager as i saw her in American Swiss later on), was watching all of this, but did not do anything about it. Then finally the tall skinny lady came to assist me. I asked her if they are finished fighting about who really wants to help me, on which she answered im here to assist you now. So i just turned around and left. This is not the first time i received such bad service at this branch. And due to this i am going to close my foschini account and never buy anything at foschini again.
