Bad attitude staff Foshini

I recently purchased Sissy boy jeans at your store and sadly it does not fit me. As per the sales lady, its fine, i can change it at any branch for a my size. No problem. Gateway, no sizes however the ladies there were soooo helpful in assisting me to find a store with the size i require. She mention that Chatsworth had my size. She tried calling and calling and calling and sadly no answer. She took my details down and said will call first thing in the morning and ask them to reserve it for me so i can fetch. She call this morning to say that Chatsworth branch is till not answering their phones. My husband then called Markams to please tell someone at Foshini to answer their phones. We eventually get ahold of them. A guy by the name of Javed answers. OMG, is this the staff that Foshini/ TFG employs? SO So SO very unhelpful! His attitude was that of I dont give a damn. Simply answers " we dont have stock"! My hubby replies, but your other stores checked yesterday and said you have one. He says well it could be damaged! My husband insisted he checks and call us back. He eventually asked another lazy person Cathy to call us. With the same horrible attitude! He says im sorry i cannot assist you as its covid time and we are not allowed to do any IBTs as its covid and this is the the rules now. ALl other branches does IBT only Chatsworth is restricted due to Covid? In that case, why are you people even opened? WHy are customers even trying on cloths? WHy are customers allowed to exchange clothing ? I mean its covid right? Covid became the new excuse for Lazy or go top hell! I am sooo very disappointed with you people! I cannot believe the bad behaviour and attitude! The sad thing is the managers even behave the same! This lady Cathy, so rude, tells us you know what just speak to my manager! Why the manager is your friend and lazy just like you? Ballito/ Gateway branches, such loovely service! Learn from them! Please send your staff for customer care training. If not they should be packing shelves in the back were they DONT have to assist anyone!
