Bad attitude from the sales consultant

I was shopping at Foschini Gezina,and this lady can see that an struggling to get what I want from a certain product and she saw that I opened it but because am struggling to find what I want and she saw that I wanted it,she decided to ask me as to why do I keep on opening the products I told her I can't find what I want,instead of helping me she's arguing with me I mean really!!She has a poor customer service I must say I don't appreciate it and she must apologize and start being a sales assistant and assist customers!!!Am very dissapoited I must say..I forgot her name but yeses!!!?Lerato the cashier had to come n assisted and still she was just there looking n pointing fingers and never bothered to say am sorry didn't mean to offend you!!!
