Bad attitude from the cashier

Hi I went to the Foshini in wonderpark today morning and the service I received today was horrible,, the cashier plain refused to exchange size for me and told me to come back after an hour, with an attitude, and when I returned after that hour I received even more attitude, I left the store not helped at all and just regretting going there..
