Bad attitude from teller

I did not appreciate the service I received today at Foschini Mall of Africa from Lehlonolo Malebane when I went to fetch a shoe I ordered online. I unfortunately had to return the shoe because the size I ordered which was size 4 could not fit and I needed an exchange for size 5. I asked Lehlonolo Malebane to check if the shoe was available in other stores but I could see she was rushing to give me my money back, she eventually did check and said size 5 was available in Rosebank and Pretoria Glen. I further asked her to call the stores for me and she said she wasn't sure what time they were closing and that if she could, she would call for me the following day however she wasn't gona come to work the following day. I found this to be highly unprofessional because she could have handed my order to someone else to assist me but she didn't, instead she gave me my money back and didn't even bother to contact the other stores that have the shoe. I would appreciate it if I got assistance on the matter because I was highly inconvenienced, my number is ***
