bad attitude from staff

I was at eastgate mall at foschini for shopping .I went straight to clothing department n got my stuff then proceeded to cosmetic where I met very arrogant sales people.I wanted to purchase a perfume but because the guy was very busy on the phone he refused to help me when the other lady asked him to help with his products.she begged him n still refused all because of their work issues .But I'm a customer don't need that all I wanted was service .I then paid what I had in my basket n walked out n went to another shop.........because of the staff attitude at eastgate I Will never set my foot or spend my money there....not a happy customer at all.
