Bad Attitude

I converted my staff account to a normal account with Foschini and when I lost my cellphone the insurance gave me another one and they \Foschini"were supposed to have transfered all the billing to the normal account and i even paid an instalment on the account then. Now I'm trying to buy a House and it shows on ITC that Foschini has handed my name to the external collection company to track me down for the R47 that i supposed to owe them. What I do not understand is I have an active account with Foschini and they did not even call me to collect and fix the account. When i called in yesterday to quiry the ITC score and Spoke to Bexter whom just told me to pay and should not bother even complaining as it will delay the process of my quiry being resolved. I have asked them to send me their Banking details and thus far no one has called nor emailed me the bank account details. Im so upset that I cannot qualify now for Bond because Bexter did not do what he was supposed to have done in 2013 when I claimed for the insurance and convert the billing to the normal account. Can you guys assist me in this regard? I have a Debit order how can i default on my instalment? HELP!!!<br> """
