Bad attitude

<p>I was at foschini yesterday. I was welcomed with warmth by Victor. Very pleased with his service however a lady by the name of Glenda was the worst ever. There was an item I liked from the sale but now the top had make up on which i told victor i dont mind buying it but i will need to get a discount. He says they normally do that if a customer likes it. He offered to see if i could get the discount only to see his facial it didnt look good. He was disappointed by how Glenda dealt with the problem. I was lost for words.It looked like she ate a sour lemon, she is one bitter person. Or is it a way she doesnt know how to treat customers. Honeslty she shouldnt be at the position she is there are way better people that deserve it. Im soo disgusted by her stinking attitude, she is stubborn lazy and not willing to assist.</p>
