bad attitude

<p>I bought a pair of shoes at foschini pavilion on the 27th of may 2016. I wore the shoes once and the heal sole came off in such a way that it shows a metal inside. today I took them back to be credited at pine crest foschini. firstly the cashier was not interested because I bought tge shoes at pavilion. Then the manager told me to take the shoes back to pavilion and that heals are not guaranteed. she gave me so many reasons not to take the shoes and being very rude and harsh. . eventually she said they are offline. I asked her to phone headoffice she refused. I asked her to call district manager. she refused. eventually she started texting her and telling me her district manager is not taking the credit. it got ugly and she was telling me all sorts of excuses. I then told her im not moving until I speak to her district manager. she put her on the phone and boooy that woman have no idea how to speak to customers let alone solving a problem. then she **** that I was screaming at the shop. I just told her I will not urgue with her because she was rude and shouting. I gave the lady the phone and left. I left the shoes with them no credit. I am humiliated at the attitude and bad service of so called managers. I want my credit then I will never set my foot in that shop. those managers have no customer service s****s. </p> <p> </p>
