Bad attitude

I am having a serious problem, since i reported the treatment that i got from foschini in this page i am facing problems. I got a call from credit adviser of foschini group and i was busy at work and i said to the lady please call me at 12 Midday i cant talk i am busy and she did'nt call. Then after that today they called me and i said to the lady again please call me at 12 midday i am busy i cant talk now and she said to me *Last time you said so even today, you are going to pay for this call R18.95 and i will make it R48.88 and i tried to explain to her that i am not allowed to use a phone at work i am just answering and hear if its urgent and she dropped me.<br> <br> since i complained in this page Foschini people they are giving me bad attitude, i don't know whether i was wrong to ask for help in this page.<br> <br> I am not happy at all.
